Corporate LLM is now RelationFlow. Same team. A better product. A new name. Here is the whole story behind the change.

How the corporate LLM was born

We are proud to have spent the last twelve months building
the corporate LLM market.

Since then, corporate LLM has become the generic term for a whole range of applications that matter today, specifically for the European and German-speaking market. It is not only about AI systems tuned to a company and its team, it is above all about AI systems you can run without legal risk.

Our background and how we got here

Corporate LLM, or RelationFlow as of today, grew out of the idea and the daily work of the founders of EVERLAST AI.

With more than 3,500 customers, EVERLAST AI is the leading agency for AI consulting and AI implementation in the German-speaking market.

The company is known above all for the largest German-language YouTube channel on artificial intelligence.

Through it we have successfully introduced millions of people and thousands of companies to the topic over the past few years.

Every company needs a corporate LLM

We did not learn that only from our network in Silicon Valley and China, where we talk to a great many companies and see their problems first hand.

We learned it above all from well over 6,500 real customer projects
that we delivered in practice.

The same problems came up again and again:

  • No clarity about what is legally allowed. Nobody in the company can say which tool is permitted. So everyone either uses it in secret or not at all.
  • Tool chaos spread across 20 tools. Each with its own login, its own subscription and its own open question about data protection.
  • No central knowledge base. The company’s knowledge sits in people’s heads, on shared drives and in mailboxes. The AI knows none of it.

And while management is still deliberating, half the workforce has long since moved to a private ChatGPT account, sending internal contracts and customer data straight into the US cloud. Data that later shows up, quite by accident, in front of other people in public ChatGPT.

That is the situation we set out to change.

What a corporate LLM really is

An AI workspace for your whole team.

Not a chat window for individual users, but the place where your team works with AI. With your knowledge, your models, your agents.

Three things make the difference:

  • Knowledge management. Your documents are searched before the model answers, and every answer names the document it came from. That is the difference between an AI answer you have to believe and one you can check.
  • Every model, local ones included. No single model can do everything. The model that takes a contract clause apart is not the one that handles support well. In a corporate LLM they all sit behind one access point.
  • Productive as a team. Prompts, skills and agents are shared instead of hoarded individually. What one person builds, everyone can use the next day.

Operating without legal risk is part of the deal, of course.
But it is the precondition, not the purpose.

Why we share everything publicly

In November 2025 we published the complete blueprint.
A two-hour course, free, viewed more than 117,000 times since.

We have nothing to hold back.
Because we simply cannot keep up with demand,
even though we grow our engineering teams every month.

The whole market can feel what is at stake right now.
Anyone in Europe who does not start with AI today will not catch up later.

So we share everything publicly, not out of generosity, but because we have a mission: keeping Europe’s mid-sized companies competitive.

The engineering team at Everlast AI still builds every bespoke case.

RelationFlow is the other half of that.

Together they let us live up to the mission and genuinely give every company a corporate LLM.

Why the name no longer fits

Everyone uses the term now. “Corporate LLM” shows up in tenders, in consulting decks, on the websites of a dozen vendors. We clearly distance ourselves from what is being sold there.

Our platform is long past that. It is no longer only about language models and knowledge management. It has become a way of working. A workspace where prompts, skills and agents are shared across the team.

It does amuse us, though, that a new offer to buy our domain
corporatellm.de lands every week.

Sorry, we were first and we defined this category. We are keeping the domain.

So: RelationFlow

It is about how your team gets into a flow with AI agents.

That is what the name stands for.

Because the value does not come from the single model call.
It comes from what happens between your team, your knowledge and your AI agents.

So that everyone on the team can learn this, not just the two people who are into AI anyway, we added three fixed formats:

  • The Academy. Module by module, you learn how to work with AI and how to get the most out of RelationFlow in your company.
  • The weekly live training. You bring your question, we hand you the use cases that work.
  • The community. A direct line to us and to other users. Questions, use cases, templates, feedback, all in one place.

RelationFlow remains a corporate LLM. That has been our category since day one.

What changes for you

Your access: nothing.

Your credentials keep working.
Your workspace stays.
No new account, no migration, no cutover date.

Visibly, only the logo and the colours change.
On top of that you now get the Academy, the live training and the community.

What comes next

We are in the middle of the beta and the first half is behind us. Thank you to everyone whose feedback actively shapes where the platform goes.

That stays the same for the second half, except the community now gives it one central place where everyone can follow along.

The best time to start is today. Ask your first question, try the templates for prompts, skills and agents, and tell us what works for you and where you need a hand.

Because your questions decide which Academy modules come next and which use cases and templates we share there.

See you in the community.
